De Boneco luchtbevochtiger berust op een zogenaamd koudverdamper-principe. Een hiervoor speciaal bestemd filterelement wordt in water gedrenkt. Een ventilator onttrekt droge lucht aan de kamer langs de vochtige filtermat waardoor het water op een natuurlijke manier verdampt tot aan het ideale niveau. Met een draaiknop kunt u de ventilator op de geruisloze stand zetten en op een hoge stand. De lucht wordt tegelijkertijd gewassen, d.w.z. de stof en geuren worden er aan onttrokken. De Ionic Silver Stick (ISS) houdt de waterbak bacterievrij. Deze tank is makkelijk te verwijderen en bij te vullen onder de kraan.
